Family Well Protection Act

Establishes residential well priority near industrial extraction. Monitoring, compensation fund, impact assessments. Your water before their profits.

Bill 2

Mine to Wire & Chip Act

Raises severance tax from 2.5% to 5%. Creates value-add manufacturing incentives near extraction sites. $135 million/year additional for Arizona communities.

Bill 3

Worker Privacy & Safety Act

Off-duty cannabis protection. Impairment-based testing. Elected worker safety committees with binding authority. Whistleblower protection.

Rural Healthcare Access Act

Hospital funding for extraction counties. Telehealth expansion. Provider recruitment. On-site emergency facilities at large mines.

Arizona Education Equity Act

Fix the rural funding formula. Teacher recruitment with housing help and loan forgiveness. Dual enrollment expansion with EAC.

Worker Housing Freedom Act

Separate employment from housing. 90-day transition. Fair-market options. End company town feudalism.

Hometown Prosperity Act

Rural broadband. Value-added processing incentives. Main Street microloans. Workforce pipeline grants. Keep the wealth where it's created.

Growth Pays Its Way Act

Development impact fees. 100-year water adequacy. School construction matching. Community planning zones. Developers profit — they can fund the infrastructure.
