Washington Times HR Director Randall Casseday was arrested on September 29, 2006, for attempting to entice a minor on the Internet. He instigated an online chat with what he believed was a 13-year-old girl (actually an undercover DCPD detective). After sexually explicit conversations and photo exchanges, he went to meet the “girl” and was arrested. Casseday revealed his DHS employment and phone numbers during online sexual conversations.
