Mark Pazuhanich was a Monroe County, Pennsylvania judge and former district attorney. In January 2004, a 10-year-old girl testified that Pazuhanich fondled her at a Hilary Duff teen pop concert on November 29, 2003, touching her breasts and placing his hands between her legs. The fifth-grader stated she was ‘touched wrong’ by Pazuhanich, who admitted to being in a drunken state at the concert. On July 13, 2004, Pazuhanich pleaded no contest to the charges. He was sentenced to 10 years probation, required to register as a sex offender, and forced to resign from his judgeship. In October 2004, he was banned for life from serving as a judge, and he was disbarred as an attorney in November 2006.
