Daniel Dean Thompson, age 31, was arrested in 2008 on charges of unlawful sexual activity with minors and patronizing a minor prostitute. Thompson allegedly operated a film editing business that he claimed sanitized movies to remove objectionable content for family viewing, but the business served as a front for child sexual exploitation. According to police reports, Thompson and co-owner Isaac Lifferth allegedly paid two 14-year-old girls $20 each to perform oral sex. Police found a large quantity of pornographic movies inside the business along with a keg of beer, painkillers, and two cameras hooked up to a television. Thompson told the teen victims his film business was a cover for a pornography studio. He was charged with two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and two counts of patronizing a prostitute. Note: Clean Flicks company later sued Thompson, claiming he falsely connected himself to their company and was never affiliated with it.
