Russia's Foreign Ministry then warned every foreigner to leave Kyiv — diplomats, international staff, anyone. Ukraine called it blackmail. The EU ambassador said her team would stay.
The Oreshnik travels at Mach 10. No existing air defense system can intercept it. This was its first deployment against Ukraine's capital, and Russia is signaling it is prepared to use it again.
