I build Clio AGIS — an automated geographic intelligence system that renders sourced, validated geopolitical analysis on a typed spatial atlas. Each video is a public briefing; the research database, entity registry, and scripts are open for inspection. The platform is the portfolio.

Web GIS application development, spatial database design, geospatial ETL, cartographic production pipelines. Pursuing Esri certification.

Clio AGIS — GIS Technical Stack

Clio is a production GIS system. These are the spatial capabilities underneath the videos.

Spatial Database Design

SQLite atlas sharded into core (~113 MB) and bulk (~415 MB) stores. Schemas for GeoEntity, Relationship, Source, Claim, Asset. 400k+ geographic features with provenance and trust tiers.

Web GIS Development

MapLibre GL JS 5.x. Custom cartographic layers: dynamic entity highlighting, camera animation, spotlight, flow lines, administrative overlays. 16:9 and 9:16 viewport targets.

Geospatial ETL

Natural Earth admin-1 regions and populated places. Arizona statewide open data ingest (counties, places). NHD HUC4/6/8 watershed hierarchy. Custom import validation pipeline.

Geographic Entity Modeling

Typed GeoEntity schema with tag-addressed IDs (country:, region:, city:, strait:, sea:, corporation:, person:, event:). Relationship graph with scope and trust tier enforcement.

Automated Cartographic Production

Playwright browser capture + ffmpeg encoding. Deterministic render timeline from script. Paint-time audio synchronization. Outputs 9:16 Shorts and 16:9 full episodes.

Esri / Traditional GIS

Pursuing Esri GIS certification. Building ArcGIS and QGIS projects alongside Clio to round out the traditional stack.
