Kevin Alfred Strom is an American white nationalist, neo-Nazi, and white supremacist from Virginia who founded the National Vanguard in 2005, a breakaway group from the neo-Nazi National Alliance. On January 4, 2007, Strom was arrested in Greene County, Virginia on charges of possession of child pornography and witness tampering. According to reports, his wife caught him viewing child pornography on his home computer. At his plea hearing in January 2008, Strom pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography in exchange for other charges being dropped. He was sentenced to 23 months in prison in April 2008. Following his arrest and conviction, the National Vanguard was disbanded. Strom had a documented long-time fascination with young girls and exploited his position within the extremist movement.
