John Martin was a rightwing Baptist pastor in Alabama who was charged with sexually abusing young boys. The anti-gay pastor was accused of molesting multiple male victims over a period of years. Martin had preached against LGBTQ rights while secretly abusing children. He was arrested in 2019 on multiple counts of sexual abuse.
